Design and test the end-to-end user experience in multiple channels. I owned the Admin Dashboard design, understanding business/user requirements, defining priorities and user stories for the sprints. Scripted and executed usability tests on the innovative robot locker solution for parcel delivery, crossing between digital and physical product design testing.

A locker solution where users interact with a 42" touch screen and pick-up/delivery parcels into a single sliding door. The automated robotic structure can hold up to 200 parcels.

We ran usability tests in the pilot station running a Figma prototype, considering:

  • How users interact with the screen and the sliding doors;
  • How easy would be to pick up a heavy box inside the station;
  • Environmental issues that might come up as the station would be fitted in busy areas, such as sunlight reflection, noise, etc;
  • Task completion rate;
  • Accessibility issues such as if users would be able to reach all areas of the screen.
